Policies

Appointments
· Credit card information is required to schedule massages, facials, and spa packages. No charges will be charged to the account 1prior to the scheduled appointment.
· In order to service our clients efficiently, we ask that all clients arrive 20 minutes prior to the start of their scheduled spa treatments.
· A deposit is required to schedule all spa parties. Spa party coordinators must provide complete details associated with the spa 1party to 3rd Element two weeks prior to the scheduled event.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy
· We ask that guests provide a minimum of 24 hours notification for cancellation of body treatments, skin care treatments, and spa 1packages. A $25 fee will be applied to each scheduled service (excluding manicures, pedicures, and waxing) if proper notification of 1cancellation is not provided or if the appointment is missed.
· We ask that spa party coordinators provide a minimum of 48 hours notification for cancellation of spa parties. A fee equaling the 1amount of the deposit will be applied if proper notice of cancellation is not provided.

Children and Mobile Devices
· In order to maintain a relaxing environment, only children who are being serviced are permitted on the premises.
· We ask that spa guests silence all mobile devices when entering the spa.

Payment
· All major credit cards are accepted for payment of services.
· Gratuity envelopes are available at the Guest Services desk for those clients wishing to leave technicians a token of appreciation.

Gift Certificates
· Are non-refundable.
· Do not expire. After one year from the purchase date, the value of the gift certificate decreases $10 per month until the total 1purchase value is depleted.
· Cannot be used to purchase other gift certificates.
· Can only be used for payment of services. Gift certificates cannot be used for payment of gratuities.
· Can be replaced if lost or damaged for a fee.
· 3rd Element is not responsible for replacing or honoring the value of gift certificates in the event of unauthorized use by another 1party.

The product of choice used for our spa treatments is Carol’s Daughter, an all-natural product line for skin and nail care. These fragrant and nourishing crèmes, oils, and lotions contain only the finest herbal, botanical, and fruit extracts to enhance your natural beauty.
